Summer is now upon us! We’re enjoying the sandy beaches and warm sun, so it’s important to look after our eye health. I often suffer from dry eyes due to using sun care products which results in me having very dry and irritated eyes. What is Dry Eye Disease?

Zaspray – RRP £13.99

This spray is an alternative to drops, which helps to sooth, hydrate and lubricate your eyes. It can be used up to four times per day for relief. The Zaspray is for use when you have dry, sore, gritty or itchy eyes due to allergies.

Blepha Clean – RRP £8.99

These are useful little wipes, which have been clinically proven to help relieve the symptoms of blepharitis. The wipes contain a gentle micellar solution. You can clean your eye area before you go to sleep or in the morning, just as you would when you do your skin care routine.

Blepha Eye Bag – RRP £19.99

The quick relief this eye mask brings to my eyes is great, which can be used for up to 200 uses. This reusable eye warming mask helps to relieve symptoms of many eye conditions. You just heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave and apply the mask for up to 10 minutes. You will notice a difference! The recommended use of the mask is twice daily for the first couple of weeks, before reducing it down to once a day.

Thealoz Duo Drops – RRP £13.99

Whether you wear eye contacts or not, these types of eye drops are commonly used by those who like to keep up with their eye care. The bottle is easy to use and only one drop needs to be applied to each eye at a time (although this can be done up to six times a day).
