Update: Weight Watchers – Week 6

This week was another busy week, with plenty planned. I went back to York and we celebrated my Grandma’s 80th birthday at the weekend.

Friday was busy because I went to a different Weight Watchers meeting. The engineer was also coming over to fix our washing machine, so I didn’t have time for lunch. I definitely made up for this when I got home to York at tea time.

I had chicken, coleslaw, homemade wedges and salad which came to 14pp. I also enjoyed a frozen cocktail with my mum for approx 6pp.

We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at Middlethorpe Hall. I’m a bit of a fussy eater when it comes to cake, which is probably a good thing haha.

Last week I’d ordered a one-off Graze box and this delicious dark rocky road granola topper was one the things from the box. It came to 7pp in total because I had it with some 0% Total Yogurt.

Before heading back to Sheffield on Sunday, we popped out for lunch. I spotted these in Pret for 7pp in total and it did fill me up.

On Monday my mum came to stay over with me in Sheffield. I used one of the Weight Watchers Garlic and Herb Bag & Bakes (you can buy them from WW meetings) and they are delicious.

On Wednesday I went to Vodka Revolution with Ellie and I was a little confused about what food would be on the menu because it said different options online (using my laptop) to what was showing on the mobile version. When I was actually in the restaurant I spotted a skinny pizza which was under 600 calories, approx 15pp. I really enjoyed it!

I went to my meeting and I’ve lost again this week. Half a lb to be exact! Not as much as I’d hoped but I think that’s pretty good to say I did have afternoon tea last weekend. This week I’m going to try drink more water and try snacking less at my desk, so let’s see if I have a higher weight loss next week.
