I don’t know about you guys, but I enjoy matching my bedding to the different seasons. Lighter coloured sets can make me feel colder in winter, so it just makes sense (to me anyway) if I have bed linen to match Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
A family run business called Yorkshire Linen approached me and asked if I’d like to write a sponsored post about bed linen. I love bedding, it can be quite an obsession. I also want to support and work with Yorkshire businesses. So, I’ve chosen to write about matching your bedding to the four seasons.
Spring
Hummingbird Tropical Duvet Cover Set
I had a look at the wonderful bed linens by Yorkshire Linen.com, there were so many to choose from – it was tough. However for £16.99, get cosy with this gorgeous duvet cover set. It’s affordable and perfect for spring with those bright floral colours.
The Lillie Bed Linen from The White Company will add a fresh and crisp feel to your bedroom in spring. This is a stunning print and is approx £45 from The White Company.
Summer
Accessorize Digital Botanical Duvet Cover Set
The Botanical set by Accessorize is beautiful and can be purchased from Dunelm for £50. The pattern includes flowers and butterflies, which is ideal for summer.
This one say’s it in the name! SUMMER Flowers Blue and it’s so pretty for the amazing price of £16.99. I love the blue and purple colours of this bed linen.
Autumn
Vintage Tapestry Patch Bedding Set
I absolutely adore this vintage tapestry bedding set from BHS. It’s a brilliant way to add a touch of vintage to your bedroom, costing £36.
Autumn is such a lovely time of year. It’s cold but not extremely cold. This simple but stylish set by Yorkshire Linen features leaves in autumn shades with a navy background for £14.99, but it’s also available in black.
Winter
Ellie Duvet Cover & Pillow Case Set – Black & White
From Textiles Direct, this floral black and white set is fashionable and costs only £6.99 which is such a bargain.
Kylie Minogue Astor Bedding Range – Amethyst
You know me, I love anything shiny. Why not add some sparkle to your bedroom in winter with this bedding by Kylie Minogue’s range from Ponden Home. It’s currently £20 in the sale on the Ponden Home website.
There you go! You can probably tell I like floral patterns quite a lot. There is some really stunning bed linen out there, you just have to search around for it a bit. I’ll be buying some new bed linen for the different seasons again this year, I’m loving my choices from this blog post.
What’s your favourite pattern of bed linen? Do you have any favourite colours for bedding? Let me know in the comments below.
