This is the news we’ve all been waiting for!

This afternoon, Metro.co.uk posted an article/interview with Ben & Jerry’s co-founder, who announced that the company are working on making dairy free ice cream.

In the interview, it was said that coconut milk or almond milk will be used as the base for the new frozen sweet treat.

This will definitely mean a lot to those of us who can’t eat dairy.

The new dairy-free Ben & Jerry’s will be available in the US in spring next year (2016) and then a bit later in the UK.

  1. I’ve just seen this on Twitter, fingers crossed it happens. Imagine going to the cinema and being able to ask for Ben and Jerrys 😀.

    1. Exactly! I think more companies will start making dairy free/other free-from options now that someone like B&J are doing so! 😀
