I’ve been trying to find the time to write this post for quite a while. I’d previously heard a lot about Birchbox, as bloggers seem to love their subscription boxes. Novembers Birchbox involved a collaboration with Skinny Dip, who are a fashion accessory brand.
When I saw the promotional material for the November box on Facebook was mermaid themed and involved Skinnydip, I decided to give Birchbox a try. I’ve been looking at improving my evening beauty routine so getting different products to sample is completely fine.
Items which stood out to me:
Ren Wake Wonderful Night-Time Facial (£32) – I was excited to use this night-time facial product, but unfortunately it did not agree with my skin at all.
Lord and Berry Silhouette Neutral Lip Liner (£9) – I haven’t had chance to try this lip liner yet, but I’ve actually read really good feedback about it from other bloggers.
However, I do feel that the promotional material for this Birchbox was slightly misleading. I’m still keeping my subscription for another month, so I’m hoping it will be a much better subscription for December.
