Update: Weight Watchers – Week 5

What a busy week! I had so much going on, with a variety of different things planned. I also handed in my notice because I’m starting my new job soon. So exciting!

Matt and I went shopping in town last Saturday and decided to have some lunch out. We opted for Nandos which we both love. This meal came to 20pp and is totally worth it. I was extremely full for the rest of the day.

These pancakes seem to have become my Sunday morning treat. They are so easy to make and fill me up for the rest of the morning. I usually mess up a couple of the pancakes which makes them approx 2pp for this amount.

On Sunday I attended Sheffield Style Show. I missed out on the Saturday unfortunately, but Sunday was brilliant. I really enjoyed it. The walk there was up so many hills, my Fitbit was going crazy. You can read more about Sheffield Style Show in my write up all about the day.

I decided to treat myself to one of the “light” Graze boxes this week. In my box I got this delicious coconut crumble cake for 3pp. It was perfect to eat during the Bake Off final.

On Thursday evening after work, I went to Bloo88 for a mini meet with some lovely Sheffield bloggers. I opted for the smaller sized pizza which I estimate at 11-14pp and mojito cocktails which are approx 6pp each.

I love that I can socialise and enjoy different food on Weight Watchers. I think that’s why I get along so well with the ProPoints plan.

This morning I went to a different meeting as I’m going home for my grandmas 80th birthday. I wish I could have stayed for the group talk but I needed to get home. Our washing machine was broken and today/the time slot was the only day the engineer was available.

I’m really happy to say I lost 2 and 1/2 lbs this week! I also reached my 5% and Silver 7. This has showed me that I need to stick at it and keep going!
