Update: Weight Watchers – Week 9

There was no Weight Watchers update last weekend because I was unwell with the flu. I still tried to make good decisions during that week but it’s hard when you feel so rubbish. I had no energy to walk anywhere and my temperature was constantly high.

However, I’m much better now! I’ve been able to focus again so this week is Week 9.

Also due to illness, I obviously didn’t get chance to share this photo as there wasn’t a WW update last week. I went out with some friends at the end of October and I would have never worn this outfit a few months back. I can really see the weightloss on my arms, stomach and legs. I had a brilliant night with lots of dancing.

Slightly random combo but I love seabass, so I made this meal which includes seabass, stuffed bacon and quark mushroom and broccoli for 4pp!

If you attend a WW group, you’ll have heard about the Garlic Bag and Bakes which you can only get in meetings. This meal was so delicious for 8pp. I throw some chicken and veg (Asparagus and Tenderstem this time) inside the bag with the garlic mix, then just pop it in the oven.

Due to the typical english weather for this time of year, I’ve been craving comfort food. I’ve finally tried Heck Chicken Italia sausages so I made sausages, potatoes and different veg a couple of times this week! I like the Heck sausages so much more than I thought I would. This meal was 6pp.

I’m really starting to see the weight I’ve lost from my face now! I’m feeling so much happier and it’s giving me the confidence and urge to keep going with WW.

I was pleasantly surprised to see on the scale at weigh in tonight that I’ve lost 2lb this week! Yay! I just need to re-focus and plan for the week ahead, so I’ll hopefully get another loss next week.
